Today was supposed to be a bright and sunny day. And it was. So much so that the sun was shining brightly on all those who turned up for the inaugural Creative Warehouse Sale. Too bad people didn't get the hint and go away and let me go about buying stuff without partaking in the long wait. I supposed for cheap MP3 players, people would almost do anything, including lining up the night before to be among the first to get it at an even lower price. Then again, $249 for the creative jukebox 3 (30 gig) is certainly worth the long wait.

Well, I stood in line for over 4 hours to help Nick buy his sound and video card. When I finally got into the warehouse, the temptation to get something else got the better of me. Ended up with a new speaker and subwoofer for the PS2 for $59. Not a bad deal. The system looks quite cool, although it's really mean to be used in the room rather than the hall.

Still, a 30 gig MP3 player. *drools* Maybe I should start saving for the next warehouse sale in September.

Personal musings and ramblings of a self confessed weird guy who likes taking pictures when inspiration hits him but would much rather hit the road for some cycling rather than study another business or marketing textbook unless it is something that gets his interest which is a lot of things especially general knowledge stuff, Last Chronicles of Thomas Convenent theories, backpacking trips as well as the occasional booker prize winner and oh yes, PS2 when I can find the time.
